This is service is designed for client's that wish to support local mrechants.

CCC - Off-site Purchasing
Custom Computer Consulting will act as a purchasing agent for our customers. We will find the best deals available and purchase the product(s) – charging only for the service with no mark up on the merchandise. If the customer wishes us to purchases it from local merchant will handle the purchasing, pickup, and delivery of the product. We’ll even setup it and verify it is in working condition. If defective Custom Computer Consulting will handle all returns, refunds, and exchanges should it be necessary 7-days after purchase.

Note: This type of service is usually is used in combination with our Consulting Services.

For those that may require further assistance in the set-up of their new computer system CCC offers a NEW PC Installation service. This service includes: delivery, if shipped to us, unpacking and inspection of the computer to assure that all components have been shipped and there are no loose parts, The installation and setup of the computer any peripherals that need to be connected at the time of installation. Also, we will verify that the computer is fully functional and verify that all connected peripherals are in working conditions.

This services option creates a recovery disk and is available to all New Sytems purchases that included both manufeatured and custom built PC. A full back-up of the original omputers contents prior to the start-up (or post).. This option allows our client to fully recovery a system in the event of a hard drive failure or an operating system becomes corrupt.

CCC - Service Time
We usually allocate 60 minutes and never any longer then 90 minutes. It will depend on the overall time needed with our client to purchase HIS or HER ultimate dream machine.
