

Custom Computer Consulting offers a service to handle all extended warranty. This service covers on-site inspection to assure the product is defective and that it is under warranty. The removing of the defective component and the handling and shipping of the product back to the manufacture. If our Client perfers to handle the return themselves CCC can assit them in verifying that the component is defective. Then, if you wish, CCC can handle the reinstallation of the device or component.
If at any time your computer, peripheral, or smart device should fail to operate Custom Computer Consulting has available an assistance program that can handle the return and replacement of your warranted product.

CCC - Warranty Information
Custom Computer Consulting has a 30-day warranty on both labor and parts from the original invoice date. If an item is found to be
defective we will replace the component. After the 30-day period the manufacture warranty applies and ONLY a service charge
will apply.
IMPORTANT (In regards to ALL RETAIL/OEM PACKAGING): All packaging for each of the computer components will be packed up and given to our client upon delivery of their new computer. The computer will be packaged in the computer chassis box and any external peripherals will be packed in their original box. We strongly suggest our customer retain all packaging material for the length of the components warranty. The Average length of time is 1 to 5 years. Many manufactures are beginning to request that all return merchandise be shipped back in there original box. This includes; motherboards, processors, memory chips, and graphic cards. If not, there may be additional handling chargers, as the manufacture are now requiring special packaging to assure safe delivery.
Be sure to retain all invoices as they will be required to prove PROOF of purchase.
Shipping & Returns (Warranties & DOA)
We use only reputable shipping company (FEDex, UPS, etc) that offers shipment tracking and insurance for the entire shipment
value. In most cases all returns under warranty will require a RMA (return merchandise authorization) number. The process can take 2-4 weeks from the date the company receive the return product. In the event that a DOA (Dead on Arrival) occurs, the returns can take between 7-10 days.
Custom Computer Consulting will keep our client’s informed on the progress of any returns via e-mail or voice depending on their preference.
