

CCC - Pick-up/Drop-off w/Return Service Option
Custom Computer Consulting offers a convenient and affordable repair service options available to both commercial and residential clients. If you have busy schedule these options may be right for you.
Our Pick-Up/Drop-Off and Return services cover computers, laptops, peripherals, and smart device. They include; diagnostic, repairs, and upgrades related to hardware and/or software issues.
Pick-Up and Drop-Off Service is available during regular business hours. Off hours are available for those that are unable to arrange the service during the normal business hours.
Options Available:
Pick Up & Return Service @ Client’s Business & Residence
Pick Up & Return option allows our customers to arrange a pick-up of a computer, laptop, or peripheral in need of repair. Once the equipment has been repaired it will be returned to you. All system will be hooked up and verified that they are in working conditions prior to leaving the site.

Drop-Off / Pick-Up @ Custom Computer Consulting
An alternative to us delivering it a Pick-Up @ Custom Computer Consulting can be arranged once a repair as been completed. Or
for those wishing to simply to drop-off the piece-of-equipment you can opt for the Drop-off. This option is helpful for those who are unable to schedule an on-site appointment or schedule a pick-up. Our customers can drop off their equipment at a schedule time and Custom Computer Consulting and will perform the needed repairs. Once service has been performed our client’s will have the option to pick-up the equipment @ our place of business or we will delivery it to you.
All requests will be evaluated to determine the appropriate service. Also, any additional material that may be required prior to us arriving. To schedule any of these service options use the Service Inquiry Form in the support section of the webpage.. If you would prefer you can schedule an appointment by calling “716-870-5760.” All requests will be confirmed by the contact method that the customer has as chosen.
Cancellations
All cancellation notices should be given 24hrs. prior to the appointment. If you need to reschedule we will confirm the new scheduled appointment by the contact method you have chosen.
Diagnostic Procedure
A complete and through examination along with a diagnostic of the computer and/or device will be perform. Once the problem as been determine by Custom Computer Consulting we will notify our client in our findings. We will then discuss with you the service options available to you and what we recommend. We typically provide a diagnosis and estimate within a one business day of receiving the piece of equipment. No repair will be performed prior to notifying our customers to our findings and the cost to repair it. The FINAL approval must be given by the client before any parts and/or service is performed.
CCC will contact all our clients as soon as possible using the selected contact method.
Charge
There is a $100.00 diagnostic fee for this service which includes both Pick-Up and Return Services. The repair service whether
software or hardware there will be an addition cost. It will be due upon
**Note: (If the client should choose to Drop-Off and Pick-up the equipment after the inhouse service is performed the diagnostic fee is ONLY $75.00.)
Repair Authorization
Custom Computer Consulting will discuss with our client’s the options available and our recommendations. An estimate for repair will be given. Once authorization has been given we will begin the repair. No repair will be performed until authorization has been given. Custom Computer Consulting will inform you to the start of the repair and approximate completions. Once repair is completed we will contact you and arrange for either a Pick-Up or Delivery of the system.
All computers and devices that CCC services will be setup to its original working condition, if the client has chosen the Pick-Up & Return
Delivery Service option. For all other arrangements the client will be responsible for setup. All payments are due upon delivery or pick-up of the merchandise. If the client is unable to pay Custom Computer Consulting will ONLY guarantee for ONLY 90-days.

Computer Release Form
A standard computer release form will be signed by our client. It is receipt authorizing Custom Computer Consulting to take the
computer or peripheral for purpose of diagnostic and possible servicing of the machine.
If No Repair is Performed
If no repair is performed on the machine it will be returned to you in its original condition and no further charge will be applied.
CCC - Service Time
Depending on how busy we are, your computer or device will be evaluated to determine the problem that day.. We allocate 20-30
minutes to a standard diagnostic. It usually takes us less time. If it is a software related problem, where the operating system is severely compromised, and the time needed to repair, it is not cost effective, Custom Computer Consulting will recommend a complete recovery recovery of the operating system.
