Standard Methods CCC Will Deploy

	Reset Password (The removal of passwords, allowing unrestricted access to the computer until a new password is created. It doesn’t matter how complicated or elaborate the password may be since there is no discovery process involved.
	Recovery of Password (Sometime more complicated or is to elaborate to either discovery and sometimes nearly impossible to crack. We seldom use this method due to time constraints.)
	Removal of all .pwl and the recreation of password file. Usually take less than 15 minutes to perform.

	Check to be sure you are entering your login name and password correctly.. Go slowly when re-entering it.
	Common mistake and “L” with a 1
	Password Case Sensitive
	Be sure the CAP Lock is not ON.
	Try capitalizing the first letter and last letter or try other combination you have used in the past
	Use of applications design for specific operating system without the need of multiple computers.
	Substitute number(s) for letter(s) and letter(s) for number(s) combination
	Use common assigned passwords such as names (family, pets, friends), nicknames, birthdays, ss#s,military id#, Anything you would easily remember.
	If RDS (Remote Desktop Support) is availale use as an alternative
	Check other common passwords (password, 123456, 12345678 (most popular), abc123, qwerty, monkey,letmein,dragon, 111111, baseball, iloveyou, trustno1,1234567, sunshine, mast, 123123, welcome, shadow, ashley, football, jesus, michael,ninja, mustang, password1
